Mountain Bike Trail Ride

Wednesday, September 22, 4:30-6:30 p.m. at Cameron Park. Join Outdoor Adventure on a weekly Mountain Bike Trail Ride through Cameron Park on Wednesdays from 4:30-6:30pm. Meet at Northern Gateway Park to begin the ride. Cost is only $10 to ride, and equipment is provided. Make sure to register at least 24 hours in advance, using the Campus Recreation App or the SLC front desk.


Martial Arts Fitness Wellness Wednesday Workout

Wednesday, September 22, 6:30-7:15 p.m. at Fountain Mall. Join the Department of Wellness FitWell instructors for a fit & fun Martial Arts fitness including Taekwondo and Black Belt HIIT Fitness programs. This special workout is appropriate for all fitness levels and no Taekwondo experience needed. Bring water to drink and all your friends. This year you can look forward to a robust line-up of food trucks rotating every two weeks Monday thru Friday on 5th Street. We will also have many of your favorite local eateries rotating at our Revolve space housed in the 1st Floor Lobby of the Bill Daniel Student Center every four weeks.
